Most orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.
During new product launches, holidays, promotional events, or especially busy seasons, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while we make sure your order is packed properly and beautifully.
Processing time begins after your order is placed and does not include weekends, holidays, or the carrier’s delivery time.

📬 DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout, your location, and the shipping carrier.
Most domestic packages arrive within approximately 3–8 business days after shipment, but carrier delays can occasionally occur.

Processing time + carrier transit time = total delivery time.

🔎 TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after the carrier receives your package.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation after the expected processing period, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

🎁 GIFT ORDERS
Absolutely! Orders may be shipped directly to the gift recipient.
Simply enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address during checkout. Pricing information is not included inside our packages.
Every order is packaged with care so that opening it feels special, whether it is a gift for someone you love or a well-deserved treat for yourself.

🏡 SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout.
Fiercely Fabulous is not responsible for delivery delays, returned packages, or missing orders caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied at checkout.

📦 LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are managed by that carrier.
If your tracking information shows no movement for several business days, please contact the carrier first for the most current information.

💔 DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• Photographs of the damaged item
• Photographs of the outer shipping box and packaging
• A brief description of the damage
Please keep all packaging until the matter has been resolved, as the shipping carrier may require it for a claim.
Depending on the circumstances, we may assist with a carrier claim, replace an eligible damaged item, or provide another appropriate resolution.

📭 PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
• Check around all entrances, porches, garages, and mail areas
• Ask members of your household or nearby neighbors
• Allow one additional business day, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before final drop-off
• Contact the shipping carrier for delivery details
